As the curtains fall on the Indus Inferno esports tournament, the scale and significance of the SuperGaming Championship are evident. Team MOGGERS, amidst thrilling competition, has emerged as the winner. This nationwide competition, organized by SuperGaming, the leading game developer in India, saw participation from several aspiring esports athletes and ten esports organizations from around the world.
After a fierce competition between the participants, Team MOGGERS won the finale and took home the grand prize of Rs. 2,50,000 and the championship trophy. The runner-up place was taken by DGE (Destruction of Game), followed by Insane Esports and Marcos Gaming, who secured third and fourth positions. MOGGERS not only won the championship title but one of its members, Igor, was crowned the Most Valuable Player (MVP), winning a sum of Rs. 25,000.
A total of 15 teams participated in the competition, among which four were invited by the organizers while ten of them got in through open qualifiers. The remaining team advanced via Android qualifiers, showcasing top gaming skills in the competition.
Some popular esports organizations like Godlike Esports, Revenant Esports, Orangutan, Entity Gaming, Reckoning Esports, Carnival Gaming, Chemin Esports, True Rippers, Enigma Gaming, Team Tamilas, Marcos Gaming and TWOB took part in the competition. Although all the teams played well throughout the tournament, giving fierce competition to the opponents, MOGGERS led their team to victory with their outstanding performance.
