The real money gaming (RMG) industry can be overwhelming for many players who were involved in such infractions, and hence, a few of them received online counseling from an independent third-party assistant, namely “Your Dost.”

After the calls for complaints flooded in, customer support dealt with all of them in no time, and their satisfaction score (CSAT) went up to 95%. GamesKraft aims to establish unwavering trust with its users and thus decided to protect the interest of its new and veteran users by vowing to release the play report at the end of every month. So, now, the users will be able to see a detailed analysis of their monthly play details and will not have any kind of misconception or negative thoughts about the gaming experience.
