In this regard, the two pro gamers, Lynnie “artStar” Noquez of Counter-Strike and Cody Sun, the member of Global Offensive organization Team Dignitas* and League of Legends* team Clutch Gaming Academy shared shared their six to eight hours of sily practice. They have described the importance of daily practice while being active in real world and getting plenty of rest and relaxation.

As per Lynnie’s statement in a interview, she summed up typical daily schedule that how she spend her whole day with her finance and her family. After 5 PM she starts her individual Counter Strike practice while watching demo, review nades, and streaming on Twitch. Around 7 PM, she starts her team practice with Dignitas, around 11 PM, and then takes a short break in between for dinner and other works.

Other players might have practice during day time, but most of the professional players also focus on physical activities. Both gamers have shared a similar routine and suggested along with practice being social and having planty of rest is essential to pursue a healthy live. To survive in a well-established title like League of Legends, practice time is essential to master the game for any player. Cody Sun shared that, he prefer to maintain a proper sleep schedule and love to be social for a healthy mindset. He believes that the culture of esports have improved significantly which promoted the holistic approach to practice and gaming. Therefore, he suggests maintaining a proper sleep time of six to eight hours to have more discipline and focus on the games and get ready for big tournaments.
