Ubisoft launched a new gaming subscription called Ubisoft Plus Classics along with renaming the previous Ubisoft Plus subscription to Ubisoft Plus Premium. These two subscriptions would allow the gamers to explore more Ubisoft games without going broke.
Games are costlier and game companies know it, that’s why game publishers are coming out with their own subscriptions plans. PlayStation and Xbox already launched their own game pass where you can play a lot of games by paying a few bucks.
Ubisoft also launched their own game pass subscription in December, 2019. After 4 years, Ubisoft is renaming their first subscription Ubisoft plus to Ubisoft Plus Premium, they also added a new subscription called Ubisoft Plus Classics.
What are the Differences Between Ubisoft Plus Classics and Ubisoft Plus Premium?
The two subscription plans are very different from each other. In Ubisoft Plus Premium you would get access to 100+ Ubisoft games on PC. You would be able to play those games only on PC, with some selected games available to play on Xbox.
Aside from getting access to hundreds of games, you would get early access to latest games such as “Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.” A lot of users are playing the new Prince of Persia games early due to the Ubisoft Plus Premium. You have to just pay $17.99 a month which is less than buying a game.
Ubisoft Plus Classics isn’t a tone down version of Ubisoft Plus Premium. It costs less than the Ubisoft Plus Premium but it’s not as good as the Premium. If you are a new gamer who just wants to explore Ubisoft’s classic and popular games such as “Far Cry 6”, “Watch Dogs: Legion”, and many more you can try this subscription.
You would get access to 50+ iconic games of Ubisoft in the subscription. Ubisoft Plus Classics would cost you $7.99 a month. It’s a good subscription if you want to try some of Ubisoft’s best games. If you want to buy Far Cry 6 it would cost you around $60 Dollars, which is much higher than the $8 Dollar monthly subscription of Ubisoft Plus Classics.
These subscription plans are very good for new gamers. Nowadays, games are sold at very high prices, and buying these Subscriptions is better than buying a whole game. If you are a new gamer, then just go for subscriptions rather than buying a whole game.
